1. All architectural and landscape plans must be approved prior to any construction.

2. Homes must be at least 3,000 square feet, including a minimum two-car attached garage.

3. The exterior of the building must be at least 20 percent stone or faux stone.

4. Roofing material must be non-flammable, including metal, concrete or clay tile, or fire-resistant asphalt shingle.

5. Fencing along the property is not permitted with these exclusions: pre-approved invisible electric fencing or a pre-approved small fenced area for family pets out of public view.

6. No allowances for Recreational Vehicle storage on site. RV parking is not permitted in the neighborhood.
